Droom Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes the manner in which we collect, hold, analyze and use information that is covered by the privacy act. It is not intended to cover categories of information that are not covered by the privacy act.

We may from time to time review and update this privacy policy including taking into account new regulations and technology. All personal information held by us will be governed by our most recent privacy policy posted on our application (Droom)

If you registered as a subscriber with Droom, you will need to provide financial information, payment transaction details.

Why do we collect such information?

We may collect and analyze such information from customers, employees, contractors and other individuals that reasonably necessary for one or more of our functions or activities including; in order to allow us to conduct our business functions, to meet any regulatory requirements which apply to our business, to market and sell out products and services and to conduct employee activities.

How long will Droom keep your personal information?

We will store your personal information only for as long as it is required for our business purposes.

If you wish to have your personal information destroyed or de-identified, please let us know and we will take reasonable steps to do so unless we need to keep it for legal, auditing or internal risk management reasons.

Information received about you which includes the financial transaction data can be preserved and accessed for an extended amount of time when it a subject of the legal request or obligation, investigations done by the government or possible violations of our terms and/or policies or otherwise to prevent any harm done. Information from disabled accounts will remain with us for at least a year to prevent abuse or other term violations.

We may from time to time review and update this privacy policy. Unless otherwise required by the law, we will notify you about changes and updates done on the privacy policy including taking into account new regulations and technology and give you the opportunity to review the revised policy before you choose to continue using the Droom application.
